Round Lake in Forest Park, 1920-Art Print
W.C. Persons took this panorama of Round Lake, located in the northeast part of Forest Park, in 1920. Round Lake was built in 1870, but its famous fountain was not installed until 1916. The fountain has more than 5,000 nozzles that work together to create a three-dimensional fleur-de-lis.
